Q: How do I create a new memo? A: Open the MemrE app, tap the “+” button, enter your memo title and content, then save.
Q: How do I set up reminders? A: When creating or editing a memo, tap “Add Reminder,” set the date and time, and choose your notification preferences. You can create a reminder but touching the “Add Reminder” button or the little clock icon below the MemRe on the memo list page.
Q: Can I attach files to my memos? A: Yes! You can attach photos, documents, and videos to any memo. Tap the attachment icon when creating your memo. You can also capture a picture directly by using the “Capture Photo” button or during the process of adding a new MemRe or editing an existing one.
Q: How do email and SMS reminders work? A: Email and SMS reminders are sent directly through your device using your cellular plan and your preferred applications/tools.
Q: What happens after my free trial ends? A: Your account will be limited to basic features. Subscribe for $8.99/month to continue accessing all premium features.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: Log into your account at memre.vortisllc.com, go to Account Settings, and click “Manage Subscription” to cancel.
Q: Can I delete my account? A: Yes, Log into your account at memre.vortisllc.com, go to Account Settings, then choose the option to “Delete Account”. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Download & Install
Download MemrE:
Navigate to pwa.memre.vortisllc.com. When the page opens go up to the three dots on an android phone or the box with the up arrow on an Apple device and choose the option to “Add to Home Screen”. Confirm the action and in just a few seconds the app will be installed and ready for your use.
Version History & Updates
Latest Version: We are currently releasing Version 2.0
Update Frequency: We will notify all users before updating the application. Periods of down time for application updates will be announced to limit the impact to our users. Frequency will depend on the users requests for addtions to the application and the speed at which we can make those requests happen.
